Thank you for using HaoKan Drama. By accessing or using the HaoKan Drama mini program, website, APIs, playback, favorites, search, watch progress, rewarded-ad unlocks, or related services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
1. Service Description
HaoKan Drama provides short-drama browsing, search, categories, details, episode lists, playback information, favorites, watch progress, history, language settings, and rewarded-ad unlock features. Some features may be in testing, gradual rollout, or development. Actual availability is determined by the server-side service response.
We may adjust, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service due to product operations, content licensing, technical maintenance, compliance requirements, or security needs, and we will make reasonable efforts to notify you through product pages or other appropriate channels.
2. Accounts, Guest Identity, and TikTok Binding
You may use certain services through a guest identity. The guest identity may be created based on a device identifier, language settings, usage records, and server-issued tokens. If TikTok or another platform identity is later bound, we may merge favorites, watch progress, history, and unlocked episodes according to product rules.
You are responsible for keeping your login state and device secure. You may not lend, sell, transfer, or otherwise allow others to misuse your identity to access the service. Losses caused by your voluntary disclosure, device sharing, or breach of these Terms are your responsibility.
3. Content Use Rules
Short dramas, covers, episodes, copy, marks, interfaces, data, code, and other content in the service may be protected by intellectual property or related rights owned by us or our licensors. Unless permitted by law or expressly authorized by us, you may access and view the content only for personal, non-commercial, and non-transferable purposes.
Without authorization, you may not copy, screen-record, download, distribute, adapt, sell, rent, reverse engineer, scrape in bulk, mirror, index, or otherwise exploit service content. You may not bypass playback, unlock, ad verification, regional, device, or security restrictions.
4. Free Episodes, Rewarded Ads, and Unlocks
The number of free episodes for each drama is controlled by server-side configuration and is not fixed to a universal count. Episodes beyond the free count may require a completed rewarded ad or other server-side eligibility rule before they can be unlocked.
An unlock record is created only after the server confirms that the rewarded ad was fully completed and verified. Cancelled, closed, failed, timed-out, abnormal, duplicate, forged, or bypassed ad flows do not grant unlock rewards.
Unlock records are normally associated with the current user identity. If device changes, local data deletion, lack of platform binding, network errors, or third-party service issues cause state differences, the server-side record prevails.
5. User Conduct
You may not use the service for illegal activities, infringement, system abuse, or conduct that harms other users' experience. Prohibited activities include uploading or distributing unlawful information, attacking or scanning systems, automated traffic abuse, request tampering, forged ad results, permission bypass, bulk registration, or API misuse.
If we reasonably believe that your conduct violates these Terms, applicable law, platform rules, or security requirements, we may restrict features, suspend access, revoke abnormal rewards, delete abnormal data, block identities, or cooperate with lawful investigations.
6. Third-Party Services
The service may integrate TikTok Minis, rewarded ads, playback, cloud storage, CDN, analytics, error monitoring, or other third-party capabilities. Third-party services may be subject to their own rules and privacy policies. We will handle third-party service changes, failures, restrictions, or compliance requirements within a reasonable scope, but we are not responsible for independent third-party actions beyond what is required by law.
7. Intellectual Property and Feedback
Trademarks, logos, interface designs, software, APIs, database structures, and technical implementations related to HaoKan Drama are owned by us or the relevant rights holders. To the extent permitted by law, we may use your suggestions, issue reports, or improvement feedback free of charge for product and service improvement.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
We use reasonable efforts to keep the service secure, stable, and available, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, delay-free, free of data loss, or fully meet your specific needs. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for impacts caused by force majeure, carriers, third-party platforms, device environments, network conditions, policy changes, or your own operations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of expected benefits, data loss, business interruption, or damages not caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
9. Service Changes and Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may also adjust, suspend, or terminate the service within the scope permitted by law for operational, compliance, security, or technical reasons. If your important rights are affected, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice or necessary data handling options.
10. Minors
If you are a minor, you should use the service with the consent and guidance of your guardian. Guardians should pay attention to minors' use of short-drama content, ad interactions, and online services, and assume corresponding guardianship responsibilities.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
The formation, validity, interpretation, performance, and dispute resolution of these Terms are governed by the laws of mainland China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the service should first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may bring a lawsuit before a competent court at the service provider's domicile. The service provider's domicile is Kowloon, Hong Kong.
